The canonical site for GNU utilities is prep.ai.mit.edu, although there are
many mirrors. You want the fontutils-0.6.tar.gz file.
BTW, I haven't had a lot of luck (read: I didn't spend a whole lot of time)
getting the fontutils compiled under Linux. If anyone had patches for
Linux, please post them to the list (I assume there would be general
interest). I'll probably get around to doing a proper port one of these
days. . .
